Vodacom South Africa has not resolved an network issue at my premises for almost a year now. I have contacted their " help desk " / customer care center NUMEROUS TIMES ONLY TO BE GIVEN EMPTY PROMISES. I was told in February 2013 that the problem will be solved as they are going to build a new tower on the premises of the correctional services center here in potchefstroom, and to this day nothing has been done. Iin the mean time I have to pay for a 24 month contract that I can not use in my home, if i drive not 200m from my home then i have excellent signal strength. my g.p.s corordinates are s26, 76479 e 27, 10726.
