I had an issue with a cell acc in 2011 whereby suddenly my acc went from R500 p/M (The contract amt) to suddenly R3500 p/m. When querying this acc as I did not even use this sim card I was told to please send my cell no with ID no so that they could investigate this issue. I did this in 2011 with no response, I followed it up time and time again even stating I would pay the acc and just needed someone to arrange a payment plan for this, as the last thing I wanted was to be black listed- I still have all e mails saved.
Then today!!! 16/04/2013 I receive a phone call stating this acc has been handed over and I now owe R6000 to this company. Its been 2 years with no correspondence then this. Ridiculous, cant believe how iv been treated, almost like a criminal
