I had a querie in 2011 regarding cell c billing, i wanted to download it so that i can show the collectors, i phoned them and they said cell says im owing them R6000 AND CELL C never send me any invoices sins i complained to u guys regarding the account they were quite now they want me to pay R6000 WHICH I DONT have and they dont even comunicate to me and im still using my cell c number nothing have changed
no letters from cellc telling me they are sending me to collectors nothing because im still waiting for them with my querie i even thought they will call me because im still a cell c customer
please help me and if i can get my first querie to them i will appreciate it.
