This is the 3rd complaint about the same issue. Whether i call or complain here, it doesnt make a difference. Clearly Vodacom has enough customers, that it will treat others like this.
I have never received such appalling service anywhere. You still havent collected the incorrect laptop, neither have you delivered the correct one.
I havent received any communication after the last complaint i made, which was last week. yet you sent an email saying i will be contacted as soon as possible.
I am rather annoyed by how incompetently this issue is being handled, especially when you are at fault.
Please let me know if you are not willing to sort this out, so i can take further steps.
