On 16 September 2013, we applied for two business contracts on 2 x Galaxy S4's with number porting from Vodacom at the Kolonnade branch of Cell C. Today is 3 October 2013 and all we get is "maybe tomorrow".
All this is because staff can't do their jobs accurately, which results in missing forms, e-mails deleted without action and blaming other people. If it wasn't for the numbers being ported, I would have cancelled the application, but I am now affraid to cancel because I know I would probably loose my numbers due to incompetent staff who wouldn't know how to change them back to Vodacom.
