My girlfriend gave her phone into cell C on the 24th of January.
They said it would take 3-6 weeks and that they would call to inform her that it had been fixed.
After nearly 3 months down the line, after not hearing from them, she phoned to inquire, only to find out that her phone had been there since the 25th of February. Up until even now, no apology has been made.
When she complained about the fact that nobody had called her, she was told that her phone was probably off at the time. She has received no phone calls during this period, and when she asked why no voice mail was left or subsequent calls made, she was told that the employee cannot answer for his colleagues and he had no way of knowing who was responsible. She has asked me to complain on her behalf as she feels uncomfortable sharing her details over the internet.
