I am disgusted at the service that i have been getting from both the call centre- with absolutely useless staff, and in store... i logged a case on the 30March 2013 that i can receive sms's but when i send sms's they do not get to the person i send them to, so i can receive but not reply. and when i call the call centre i am told that the technical team is on it...! is this not supposed to take 72 hours and not 2weeks to fix... i am seriously peed off and considering moving back to Vodacom, I'm not happy at all with the horrific service that i have been getting.
