Incorrect billing

I cancelled my RBM acccount 1 month in advance but I'm still being billed!!!

I told them to cancel the contract on the 1st March 2013 but I'm still being billed for April. Please cancel the debit order and REFUND me. You cannot charge me for an extra month while my line is DISCONNECTED!!!
