To whom it may concern
I would like to inform you that when I registered my claim, your staff member (Herbert Letlhage) he informed me that in the event of my phone being repairable I would have an excess fee of R150. in the event of it not being able to be repaired I would have an excess fee of R750.
On the 9th I received the email below and on the 10th I followed up on the progress of the repair. A lady by the name of Cecelia assisted me at what I presume must be your call centre. She than informed me that my phone is not being repaired but that I would receive a reconditioned phone.
I advised her that I will not accept a reconditioned phone, as this means my phone is not repairable and that means I should be paid out for my phone as per the insured amount, or to be supplied with a "new" Blackberry Torch.
Cecelia than informed me that she will have the recording pulled to confirm that I was informed that my phone would be replaced with a reconditioned phone.
To date no one has called and in turn I had to call in again. Cecelia assisted me again this morning, but obviously with no satisfaction even though she was extremely kind and courteous.
