I keep phoning cellc complaining about my line it never works. Phone calls n data works when it wants to, sometimes people can get thru to me that's how bad it's been for the past 2-3 months. When u call the call centre u have to wait a whole HOUR before a consultant assists you. Only to find out they dunno what u talking about asking the WHOLE office what to do and to hear u being transferred to another consultant which takes another hour to answer... I am sick of this and will be contacting the media if not resolved soon.
