I have phoned 4 times and still nothing has been done. We told prince the deduction must go of on the 15th of each month and he did not comply with that. My account got cut off and then my airtime went of my phone and they just said its not their problem now they want to deduct double the monthly amount. So why must I pay for stuff that I have not used completely. And I have phoned and asked to talk to management and they put me on hold. And I never get through to management. This is more then just bad service. I need this problem to be sorted out. Prince should have phone me last week and today after I have talked to other call centre agents. I am still waiting.
