Incorrect Experian Listing

A account was opened in my name last year June, Cell C investigated and confirmed that indeed it was. Unfortunately their department dealing with credit bureaux did not update Experian accordingly. Teboho assisted in resolving this issue. He constantly kept contact and provided sufficient information pertaining to progress. If other departments had not called as promised he would follow up with them and then with me confirming that indeed I have been contacted. He is truly an asset to Cell C values the organisations customers. Thank You!!
If only he was assisting me at inception of this issue, I'm sure I'd still have 2 contracts with Cell C.
