Unauthorised Deductions from my bank account

I changed my bank details from FNB to Standard Bank. For the first two months thereafter all went well and then suddenly 8ta deducted the installments from my FNB account. When i phoned them they said i should make a manual payment and they will correct it. Which i did. They said my account suspension will be lifted in 48 hours. I phoned again on the 11th and they said it actually takes 72hours... But... the 11th is 72 hours!!! She said i should phone next day if it is not on. On the 12th I phoned again and this time I was told it takes another 72 hours!!! On saterday it was turned on. This moring 8ta deducted without any authorisation, three months payments!!! THEY CANNOT HELP ME because THEY CAN ONLY SEE IT IN 2 DAYS ON THEIR SYSTEMS!!! I am fed up and feel like cancelling my contract!
