For the last 3 months FNB has taken money out of my account for 2 tablet devices, which is not possible as you can only purchase 1 from them. I phoned and went into a branch for the last 3 months, but they have still not done anything to correct this. They advertise their slogan "how can I help you" but instead of helping you they your money. All the money they deducted for the 2nd tablet is still not reversed on my account. The last time I phoned they told me they would correct it within 48 hours, it's 5 days now and nothing has been done. I went into the bank and was told the manager would phone me, no one phoned me yet. THIS IS PATHETIC!!!
