No support for Ipad Hotspot!

So only AFTER I spend R1800 on a 60GB 60GB prepay - do I learn that 8ta is the ONLY network in the country that for some reason does not support personal hotspot on ipad - which is the only reason I bought the package.

Now I get told that no refund is possible and that I must spend another R1000 on a 3g router.

Why can 8ta not get their act together an activate this service!
