I have been sending back my HTC desire S for 3 months now. The staff at the local branch are doing a good job by keeping me informed and sending requests ect. but their hands are tied.
MTN management refuse to take responsibility, which should be the case since my agreement is with MTN and not HTC.
The phone has been sent back with the same problem 3 times now in 3 months and i'm still waiting. Very poor.
Unless something dramatic happens I don't see myself renewing my contract and I would advise others against using MTN.
MTN if you are planning on fixing this, contact the Eikestad mall branch in Stellenbosch, Ashley will give you all my details. Also let me repeat that he has done a good job and that I am more than satisfied with his help. All the friendly help from a branch employee, however means nothing if the people that make the decisions keep stonewalling their clients. Regards.
