Vodacom
Not honouring quote provided

I contacted Vodacom on 082 1959 to enquire about an upgrade. I was offered a Samsung Galaxy 3 LTE and at the same time would move my package to a Smart L - total monthly cost R539 and I spoke to Sifiso (not sure whether this name is exactly correct) at around 12.30pm on Thursday 11th April.
At around 3.30pm on the same day I called back to accept and was told that Sifiso was not there and I spoke to Khanya who informed me that the quote I was given was on condition that I trade in a Galaxy 2. I told her that a) I do not have a Galaxy 2 and b) I was not told this when given the quote. Khanya said that the calls are recorded and offered to get a supervisor to listen to the conversation and she would get back to me.
Obviously she did not get back to me so around 4.30pm on Friday 12th April I called again and spoke to Khufana (again not sure how correct). She could find no indication of my previous conversations and the offer to listen to the call.
It cannot be difficult to find the call as I entered my number in the phone when I called each time so they could easily do a search on my number.
I expect Vodacom to honour the upgrade deal offered and I am ready to accept.
