I filled out a application online and quickly got responded to, now waiting for delivery of a new Samsung 10.1 for almost a month. I called plenty of times and the answers stay the same as weeks past. Why could it take this long? Should have gone to my local cellphone shop, think i would have had the tablet by now. Very dissapointed as i would really liked to support Altech if they didn't have empty promises.
