Iv been having problems with my internet for over 2 weeks now. i logged about 7 helpdesk tickets and posted on their facebook wall. all my requests have been ignored and when i phoned in today they couldnt help me and would call me back at 6pm when i arrived home. numerous other people are having the same internet problems and are also complaining about poor service. This is atrocious!
