Regarding a case with Cell C for the last 3 months
Cell C have deduct R179.00 from my bank account for the account of a total unknown person, not related to me. I have faxed my certified bankstaetments to Cell C, they confirmed that it was for an unknown person and will refunded the money to me immediately. I have no account currently with Cell C.
Customer servise from Cell C dont make any effort to phone me at all to tell me what the current state of refund is. I have to hone hem every week and end up with a total different person and have to explain the case to them.
I feel that the CEO of Cell C must be informed about the incompetent staff and bad customer service of his brand.
I will not tolerate this matter anymore and if you cannot assist me or give me guidelines what to do I will me forced to take legal action
