AS USUAL - CELL C USELESS IN THEIR SERVICE

My phone was and I asked my mother to report it to Cell C - they refused to block my number because she isnt the account holder and insisted on speaking to me... How could they do that if my phone was and I was at work with NO phone. They were rude and unreasonable and impossible to deal with. I then called them in the evening after having bought a new sim card and called them - which took about 20 minutes to eventually get through and a young man handled my query quickly and efficiently - so I thought - he promised to send a sms to my mother's number to let me know the new number was activated - I am still waiting for that sms and I still have no service and once again they will not allow my mother to query why my phone has not been activated - they are the most inefficient, unbelievably frustrating service provider to deal with - my next contract will be with Telkom Mobile - Never Cell C!!!
