I have phoned twice today to get feedback on the phone Vodacom broke and needed to replace. Each time they take my number and will call back. They never do! Last week Tuesday I went in to find out when I will receive my phone back, after a month of no response from them. according to their manager, it would have come in this week (witch is over). I am tired of bad customer service. If someone can just tell me what is going on. I hate staying in the dark, it frustrated me and most of the time it can be avoided by communication.
