NEW PHONE FAULTY

I got a additional contract in February. I received a Nokia ASHA 303. It was faulty. Switching off, draining the battery and the radio conection was faulty as well. I reported this to them on the the 7th day. This was a problem in itself as I was passed from department to department always ending with a voice message and no answer. Eventually i sent a sms from my other phone. Weeks passed before the courier collected it. Now weeks later I eventually phoned in and was fortunate enough to speak to somebody. The info i received irated and shocked me. My "claim" was rejected.1st it was out of time - totally untrue and then the phone are fiscally damaged! The phone itself was in perfect order when I gave it to the courier. The screen cover was still on! Now they are repairing the fiscal damage not mentioning my actual complaint! This is unacceptable. Now I have to resolve this problem with the workshop that does not answer their phone!!! I pay my bill, have no phone and even though I have been a costomer of Cell ce for many years - I am treated in this manner. I can not get this problem resolved. My landline costs must alreay be more than the phone is worth. What do I do? Not happy!
