My phone is down again - Telkom's technician was here last week to repair the same ongoing problem - whenever it rains my line goes down!
This line has been down more than it has been up in the last 6 months.
I have logged it on Telkom's fault reporting line and on their escalation service - no permanent solution to be had.
Telkom do not actually respond via Hello Peter, all they do is issue an auto response - no follow-up ever happens.
Should this not be resolved TODAY, I will be giving 24 hours notice and moving to an alternate service provider.
