I applied to be a Telkom member over 6 months ago and they told me that they will fit my ADSL line this year March, so i waited and nothing happened no phone calls or emails to advise me of anything, so on the 2nd of April I look at me bank statement and get a surprise they took off R999.99 with the reference number TELKOM SA 149901269084899754. I am in shock so I call the call centre and speak to a consultant who tells me they cant do anything and i ask for a manager and they take over 30mins to put me trough which makes me even more frustrated because I'm on the line for more then 30 minutes already. What pathetic service I'm so shocked all I want is my money back. Shane khuduga is the supervisor I'm speaking to who still doesn't know what's going on, they acting like took the money off my account.
