I applied for a Telkom residential line in April 2013! I have been calling Telkom call centre for the past 5 months to enquire about my order and every time I get told the same thing: they have escalated my query and someone will call me within 48 hours! I am still waiting 4 months later and none of them have called backed (not that I expected them to!). on Monday (07 Oct 13) I spoke to Sipiwe Mashego who is apparently a "supervisor" and promised to call me back by yesterday. Surprise surprise he still hasnt'. He offered me his direct line and once again the number just rang. I'm extremely irate with the service I have been receiving from Telkom! this is pathetic! Maybe Neotel is the way to go! Telkom, your service is extremely poor! U need to up your game!
