IVE HAD A PROBLEM WITH MY PHONE I PRESSED AND SELECTED THE WRONG OPTION WE CALLED THE CALL CENTER I HAD ASKED THE GENTLEMAN TO FIX THE PROBLEM HE SAID HE WILL NOT BE ABLE TO... MY CONTRACT IS FOR R150.00 BUT I WAS PAYING R279.00 _ . I CANNOT MAKE OR RECIEVE CALLS OR SMS'S CANNOT LOAD MY BIS AS IT SAYS SUPPLYMENTARY SERVICE ERROR: GENRAL ERROR I PHONED THE CALL CENTER AND THE SAID MUST PUT IN THE CODE WHICH DOES NOT WORK I WENT TO THE CELLC OUTLET AT LIBERTY MALL THEY SAID I NEED TO DO A SIM SWOP PAID R150.00 AND IT WAS STILL NOT WORKING IVE LOGGED NUMEROUS CALLS WITH CELLC AND DISSAPOINTED WITH ITS FEEDBACK I REFUSE TO PAY FOR SOMETHING THAT DOES NOT WORK NO1 CAN HELP ME BUT THEY HAVE THOSE JOBS THEY THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY EVER PLEASE GET BACK TO ME AS IM FED UP WITH THE SITUATON
