So... this is the third attmept to get CellC to recognize the complaints of their customers, it has been almost a motnh and a half now that i have been begging for cellc to help me. The only thing i have been recieving is numerous phone calls from CellC asking if my problem has been sorted out, i logged call after call after call and ive been promised time after time after time that someone would come and assist me regarding the signal issue... now im left paying for a contract i cannot use. im so fed uo with this and i would urge all and any person thinking of going to cellc to stay far far away. cell c is lying to their customers, they are very very bad at customer service and i am ashamed, sad and angry that i ever went to CellC
