New Iphone 5 Faulty and Billing Issues - J Carelse

Faulty Iphone 5 - network trouble ticket 1756642. Phoned 4/3 and 7/3 spoke to Warren and complained that the phone is problematic and told him that someone needs to collect the phone and he needs to issue me with a micro sim so that I can use my IPhone 4 as I was using my 0837631444 at a additional cost of R350. The Iphone was bubble wrapped and handed to Ram Couriers and packaged ref SP9387505. Checked my banking account and once again debit for cell c had not gone off. Balance due was now R925.19. Disputed account ref 3031506983. On the 6/4 sms telling me billed correctly and my query resolved! On the 8/4 my phone is delivered by a Christine Jacobs from Ram Couriers on package SSP 2598456 unboxed, unpadded plastic bag. Yet when I receive a R100 sim card it is in a Cell C POP UP BOX 2. When I opened the bag I realised that the phone received a nick in the top right hand side. Phoned and spoke to a Denver they did not even look at the phone and just sent it back because no accessories were sent. 10/4 my balance is R1572.93. Spoke to Berlinda Gunn. Free data not added, banking info incorrect, yet I must still pay R952 Cash or EFT. So I the customer am being punished for incompetence
