I had a tracker installed in my vehicle in 2008. Subsequent to that in 2010, after losing my job, I was unable 2 make payments on the account. I was then listed on ITC as a default. In November 2012 I contacted their call-centre because I wanted to settle the default, which I did. So can you imagine my surprised when I pull out my credit report on the 27th September 2013 and I found out my account has been listed as handed over because they had decided to bill me for December 2012 and January 2013? I don't get billed for almost 3 years and a soon as I settle a default I get billed! I no longer even have that vehicle! I have never even received any correspondence from them in YEARS. When I called the call-centre today the lady I spoke to said she couldn't help me because its now a legal issue. What kind of business is Tracker running? I wasn't even given the 20 working days notice required by law before being listed. Where is the respect for the rights of a consumer? I want this matter sorted out and the listing on my name removed!
