I recently opened an account the Cell C Sandton branch. After explaining exactly what i wanted (30 straight up with an additional 50 mb upsized) i received a dumb founded look from the lady helping me then a further 2 people had to get involved to help as no one knew what i was referring to after i explained it, as it is as clear as day on your website!

I was assured that it had been done. which of course it had not. I have been back 5 times to the Sandton branch and each time i was assured that the upsized 50MB would reflect, which it has not! I then called 3 times after that with no luck! Either the system is off, or i have to come back into the store to do it, which is highly frustrating.

I also called the customer service line to complain, which of course i did not get through to so i sent an email to the customer service email and i have not received a response. And to add to the frustration, this Cell C number receives about 10 wrong number calls, 20 please call me sms's PER DAY and many whatsapp messages from strangers!

I will now go back again to the Cell C Store in Sandton City and see if once again they can figure out how to fix this simple problem!
