I live and work in the Helderberg, on Wednesday 11 April 2013 Vodacom as a service provider, was not providing any service. No network coverage is the message I got. As a salesman who uses his cellphone as a main way of contacting me this is very frustrating. I need my phone to do business.
After the service did come on line whenever I made or received a call the call would just be dropped. This is completely unacceptable. I was not the only one suffering this problem as everyone in my office is also Vodacom subscribers and we all experienced the same problem.
As one of the country's biggest service providers we have come to expect more from them
