MTN allows sim swop - Ignores the case

After enquiring about my disconnected MTN service upon arrival in SA, I was informed by MTN that a SIM swop, without my ID, consent or knowledge, took place on 8 September 2012 at an MTN Shop somewhere in Cape Town. I was not even in South Africa between 18 June 2012 and 12 September 2012. I was told to call 808 and the operator informed that I would receive feedback by 7 January 2013. This did not happen. Over the following months I was given several reference numbers: 95703686, 95482039, 95457583, 97542633, 97544414 amongst others. I sent emails, police affidavits, etc. to no avail. During this period my bank account and e-mail was also hacked. It's not difficult to realise where this all started.
I was forced to and charged for buying a replacement sim card.
My bank details had to be changed due to the hacking. This meant my accounts could not be paid as the Ct card details changed.
MTN is now also sending me final notices on my other account, A1337292 which can not be paid due to the bank issues.
All this is happening while I'm working outside SA borders. I suspect MTN personnel must be involved, but I don't get any feedback. I therefore had to complain on this forum.
