MAY AS WELL DIE

I have a family member who needs to get to a hospital, we are currently sitting on the phone with discovery health and have been on the phone for an hour waiting to get through to anyone who can help us, it has music playing and keeps saying please hold on the line. At this very moment we need to get my family member to the hospital but cant take her until discovery has given authorization. I have phoned all numbers available and have even sent an email with not a single reply. What would they have to say for themselves if someone were to die while "kindly holding on the line" for a Representative to help us?? this is not good on your part Discovery!!
