I complained about 2 months ago and received a call about my problem. I was promised a refund and that someone would contact me to resplve the problem. To date since then I still havent had a positive outcome and no one contacted me as promised to reslove the situation. Telkom is still charging me for a line that doesnt work.
I have to take this matter further now, as I do not see a positive outcome within the near furture.
