Repair of my Blackberry 9900

I went to the store to get my phone fixed while it was still within the warranty period. I was then send back by the person at the shop to get my purchase slip even though they found my information on their electronic system. They still would not help me. I left and return after the warranty period and then REFUSE to fixed it under the warranty. They thein insist that I pay for the repair cost. On the 20 March 2013 I then made a payment into their ABSA account of R751.03. Untill today I did not get my phone. On 8 april 2013 I went to the shop to query and they told me the phone was not repaired and that they have no proof of the payment. The reference no for the payment confirmed by the bank is TEL 015859.
I want my money back becuase I went to the shop while the phone was STILL under warranty. 8ta service is VERY poor or are the?
