I have been a client of 8ta for about a year and a half!
I have just moved residence and HAVE ZERO SIGNAL in my new place!
I was in contact with the call centre this morning where they stated basically it isnt there problem!
I find it disgusting that the feel they can debit my account and im not getting any service from them!
I AM STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL FROM A MANAGER TO ASSIST ME WITH THIS PROBLEM OR TO PUT IN A ROOTER!
Its an absolute disgrace how this business is run.
CALL ME WITH A SOLUTION TO THE PROBLEM!
