Upgrading customers on out of packages

On the 20 of February, i upgraded to new package that incl a Samsung pocket cellphone and a Samsung TV Set. I received the phone on the 22 of February, but no TV was delivered .i called their call centre and i was told that the TV was out of stock. I asked them to change to a different package that included the cellphone since i had already used it and they said that was not possible. Today is the 10th of April and i still do not have the TV!
i feel cheated because my main reason for taking up the upgrade was to get the TV, not the cell phone.
Everyday they tell me a different story, i have sent them my Tv licence and contacted their courier service provider to query delivery and no such delivery exists on their system, meaning Mtn purposefully gave me a nonexistent USD number to follow up on a delievery they have not ordered! Its unethical for them to offer a product that they do not have and keep lying to me about it. As it is i do not know want to do anymore because i have tried everything with no results.
