Overbilled, rectified but no lift on ITC listing

I had Vodacom try to debit my acc for over R4000 last Sept. I luckily changed banks so had limited funds in that acc. When approached they said I used that amount of data. After months of fighting them we eventually reached an agreement and they gave me a huge discount and I agreed to pay up an accumulated bill of R3600 immediately to have their ITC listing of me been a slow payer removed. I made the payment immediately. This was almost 3 weeks ago. I am still getting messages saying there are going to hand me over. I have sent several emails & made several calls. There is ONLY ONE individual ie Nathaniel that makes the effort to help me but he is not in legal. Legal continuously ignores my attempts to contact them and now my credit listing is ruined. I am in the process of applying for finance and thanks to lazy employees at Vodacom I am having to suffer the repercussions of been listed. Vodacom your service is pathetic. You are messing with with customers lives and you couldn't give a. I now personally hate everything about Vodacom and will never support you again. What a mistake thinking you might be better than the rest. U way more than ur competitors
