1) My brother wants to take out a 3G data contract BUT because he doesn't have clothing accounts nor furniture accounts he is being penalised and discriminated against. And thus, Cell C is unwilling to have him take out a contract. He has no credit record because he buys cash only. But he has to start somewhere.. So this is defeating the object.
2) Cell C does not reply to their "online webmaster e-mails".
3) I am so pleased to say that I am not a Cell C client. Your company is unprofessional as it also takes holding on about 8min on a call to get someone to answer and help with the complaint. And I called 5 times today..
Cell C needs some serious restructuring, rethinking..
