Over charged for Subscription

On Monday 08 April, my internet connection was disabled when i wanted to connect. The message i always receive when i want to connect is that i have receached my limit and additional charges may occur if i continue, but when i check my balance it says I have 145.50 mb available so i dont understand to why my internet is locked. I called the customer service and the guy that was talking to me said he is logging a case for my query and sent me the reference no: 3041000338. He could not explain to why my account was locked and i also enquired about why my billing is R390.70 when the my contract fee is R255.00 a month, he could not explain that too and said he wanted to investigate the case and asked me for my contract of which i did not have it with. I then said i will call cellc later when i get home to specify the type of contract. He then said he will transfer me to the techical team to explain why my connectivity is locked. When he trasnsfered me to the technical team, i waited on the line and nothing happened and suddenly there was a voice that said thank you for your feedback goobye and the phone was dropped on my ear and the problem was not resolved.
