Vodacom

I had about R2000 worth of airtime used from my Account. I opened a case with SAPS. I asked for the itemised bill from Vodacom as proof of the calls made. I went to the Vodacom at Eastgate. I logged a request with the call centre and was asked to complete forms (that they will fax) and return to them. I DID RECEIVE THE FAX. I went to the Vodacom Customer Services Store again and filled out the forms there. THEY took a copy of my Drivers License and together with the Form faxed it to themselves. Today when I enquire about the Itemised bill, then they say the copy is not clear. I need to re-fax as the drivers license is not clear. They say its for my Protection. @#$# They need to provide me proof that I used that airtime, otherwise refund me. Isubmitted my Drivers license to their Customer Services Store at Eastgate. They did everything now it is my problem. I must run around again. Is the Vodacom Customer Services Store not part of Vodacom. Do they not TRUST their own faxes. They take R2000, don't provide proof of usage, and they say THEY UNDERSTAND MY FRUSTRATION. THEY DOING IT FOR MY PROTECTION??? What about the consumer Protection ACT?
