I upgraded my contract. I was informed that delivery will happen soon. I phone to find out about the progress and they say that it is out to the courier. i phoned a gain as it some times happen that i am out the office and i do not want them to get there and i am not there. Three days in a row i am told different stories. The one says tommorow the other says it has not even left the warehouse. This is not a first with them and every time i give them the benifit of the doubt. the last call i made i was told they will phone me back and yes they did not. What does a person have to do to get service. if this was a free thing i would understand but i am paying for this. I have in the past 4 years spend over R18000 with them it does not sound like mutch but it contrebutes to the salaries and the day to day functioning of theyr opperations. I am in sales my self and i know the pressures and learnt that lying of giving false information can create havock.
ALL I AM ASKING IS GET THE PHONE SET TO ME
If you dont want to give me the handset and renew my contract then say so do not play games and make me cross
one Question
do you want my business or should i take it elsewhere
