My Cellc Direct Phone has been in repairs for a week now, I purchased a basic phone so I am able to call and Sms so that my airtime does not go to waste.
R110 airtime was deducted from my account and apparently it was "opera Interactive"
R7 a day was taken from my account, I use data bundles to communicate so obviously when account was recharged it literally took everything leaving me with R1.
When i contacted Cell C apparently I had subscribed to Opera Interactive!
I have never heard of this company and I have no clue what they offer either???
It is really annoying that people take advantage of situations like this and Cell C allows this to happen?
How Do I subscribe to something I have no clue about, surely there should be a registration process and I should be aware of it and if I was I would not be posting a complaint here.
I am completely in the dark and a victim of their "subscription schemes"
R110 is not a lot of airtime but the bottom line is that it is WRONG!
