SHOCKING SERVICE

I did an upgrade to a BB - Z-10 on the 22/03/2013 at the Vodacom shop at Centre Court Pavillion, Westville, salesmans name is Justin, within the 7 days camera stopped working went black screen, I was away on Holiday for the Easter weekend, I needed the camera to take photo's, I called the shop, they where closed public holiday, i called after Holidays and was told they cannot replace as its over 7 days, they have to send it away to be fixed but they suggested not 2 bring it 2 the shop as it would take 2 weeks, rather take it to Voda Repairs in Old Fort Road Durban, I would get it back sooner that way, I wasnt impressed with the service but i did take it in, even the lady at Oldfort Road who took in the phone was shocked that they didnt replace the phone, I waited 2 days for the phone to get to Johannesburg then i called to ask 4 a OBS... I spoke 2 Sarah in Repairs, she has been very helpfull, but she had to escalate OBS and that took a week, Finally she called me to say its done, gave me Referance: RACDBS, I called Pavillion Manager Kandhan Naidoo, who promised to contact me, I called on numerous occasions was told he is busy, i still dont have a phone, Shocking service!!!
