I had sent in my Blackberry for repairs as the screen had stopped working. The HVRC centre in Durban has stated that the phone has physical damage and that a component is missing next to the flex connector. This is no fault of mine, yet they initially declined the repair. After speaking to a supervisor at the centre, I was told to send the phone back to them. It has been a week with no response and I was supposed to be contacted on Monday (18th March) I am now seriously considering moving to another network. After making numerous calls to attempt to contact the supervisor, I have not received any form of feedback yet.
