I would like to cancel my contract which, I never use but pay for every month.
I have a credit on the account as I don't use it at all.
When calling the customer service centre they inform me that I won't be able to get a refund for the credit on my account, but only use up the airtime?
I would like to know why, as the service consultant couldn't tell me why? I don't think that this is fair as a paying customer I paid for that credit on the account. Its ridiculous. I also don't think that this might not be according to the consumer act!!!
