Since the 3od April we have been requesting a proper itemized billing sheet from Vodacom, every day we call in to follow up we get a different story. So we went to Vodawold customer care in Midrand to go and find out what was the delay. We only need the full detail billing for the specific number and we get nothing. I saw that on the request the case was closed so if the case is closed where is the itemised billing like we requested. We need to hand this in ASAP never in my live did i receive such bad service from Vodacom but now i had it. Incompetent staff that can't tell you what is going on log a call correctly or advice customers what is the situation.
