Still no feedback after numerous emails sent

Good day Cell C, seems this will be a never ending story, as you replied previously yes Ayanda did phone and advise of the things you mentioned and advised that Tshepo would call me and advise how the data is used as well as that the call centre was not supposed to say to me that incoming emails are not charged for. I also asked for my bills to be emailed to me in order for me to see the amount i need to pay. This has also still not been done and a week has passed. I emailed this morning with a printscreen from my bank statement of the amounts cell c has deducted so far and asked what the balance will be for me to be paid.
Cell C Get it aslo called me on Monday and advised my subscription had not yet been cancelled Mogammit admitted it was a error on his side and then told me about all the wonderful new products and he assured me if i email him i would get assisted immediately. I then tried to use the Get it website and pay for my movie tickets online and kept getting a error, I emailed Moghammet and have still heard nothing. I want this service cancelled and no sweet talk phone calls, as i am paying for nothing and have been doing so for over a year.
