I would like to take this opportunity to compliment the VM guys on how they've dealt with my query. i'm happy to report that yesterday i received smses with recharge pins for an amount of R25. this is a refund for airtime that i was charged for internet usage even though i had activated the BIS. i'm not sure exactly how much i was charged but the mere fact that VM took their time out, investigated and got back to me is more than what i could have hoped for. its refreshing to see that there are still SPs who care about their customers and that they are more than about the bottom lines and profit margin, that they care about their greatest assets, their CUSTOMERS.
